I purchased a 2017 Mercedes-Benz E300 from STP Group and had the pleasure of first working with Caesar, who listened to my wants, desires and expectations of not only the vehicle but also of the dealership had the pleasure of first working with Caesar, who listened to my wants, desires and expectations of not only the vehicle but also of the dealership and honest business dealings, as I have been burned before by other local dealers. Caesar showed me cars from their online inventory and then I selected a few favorites to look at. We entered the lot and I took the model I was interested in. Caesar made the experience very relaxed and enjoyable. Unfortunately, Caesar had a family matter to tend too but he handed me off to someone who he had the confidence in, that would take care of me. Enters Manny Pavon, a senior sales representative at STP. Long story short, I have challenged credit and I am in the process of trying to rebuild. I have been in the market for a car for a while and I had been quoted and pre-approved at very high interest rates, even denied by other dealers. At first the bank was telling me to put over 4,000 more down than what I had on hand (which I was expecting given my score). Manny was encouraging and said not be discouraged or worry, as they have many cars for all budgets and credit scores. However, I had my mind set on the car I test drove. Manny said he would try but to keep an open mind to other vehicles. Manny was correct when he said not to worry because he and his team were able to get me into the exact car I wanted and at a lower down than I ever expected and by lower, I mean they were able to get it down by the thousands! Manny was also able to get me the lowest interest rate I have ever been offered! Manny made the impossible, possible! And the best part is we had to revise some paperwork as he was able to get my interest rate to drop one more percent and that matters on big purchases such as this. I also met the Manager, Andrew. He was very polite and welcoming. You see, when the staff is happy, eager and willing to go above and beyond for you, you know that is a testament of the ownership and management. They treat their staff well and in turn we reap the benefit of that. I would 100% purchase a vehicle from STG Group in the future. Thank you to Manny, Andrew and Caesar, you made one of my dreams come true yesterday! Oh yeah, best part was I came in at 6pm and was driving home, in my new car by 8pm, just in time to put my little boy to bed. Manny and STG Group, I cannot thank you enough! -Lynette Gonzales More
