**Terrible Experience with STG Auto Group - Avoid at All Costs!** I recently had a nightmare experience with STG Auto Group that I feel compelled to share to warn others. I sold my vehicle to them and fo Costs!** I recently had a nightmare experience with STG Auto Group that I feel compelled to share to warn others. I sold my vehicle to them and followed all their requirements meticulously. I’m based in the North Bay, and I provided every document they asked for. They even sent an inspector for an in-person verification of the vehicle. Everything seemed to go smoothly—they took the vehicle and sent a check which I promptly cashed. Days later, I was shocked to receive a notification from my bank that the check had been blocked. STG Auto Group claimed they were no longer interested in the vehicle due to "potential fraud," a baseless accusation given all the thorough checks they performed. Now, they are refusing to communicate with me. I can only get through to the receptionist who says they’ll pass on my messages, but I never get a response from the business office. To add insult to injury, they still have my vehicle and are refusing to return it. This whole ordeal has been incredibly stressful and unfair. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with STG Auto Group to think twice and take your business elsewhere. They have shown themselves to be untrustworthy and unprofessional. Avoid STG Auto Group at all costs! More
The worst car buying experience I have ever had and I have bought MANY cars over the years. They knew we were in a hurry, they took advantage of that. The listed price did not even matter. They added a price to the car for stuff that was already on the car claiming they added it and I had to pay for them. They hid the pricing on the contract and did not even go over it. Just kept saying only this amount out the door. The worst lying, cheating swindlers I have ever encountered. More

Its not a coincidence when hundreds of people say the exact same thing...and it's not great. My advice to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this (or any other) STG location, do your research, check ALL other sources of business reviews, and heed the warnings! I found a pretty nice car on this dealerships website and the price had a diagonal red line through it and underneath it was a big blue box that said click here for "E-price", so that is what I did. Within a few minutes I had received 3 phone calls, 3 emails and a text message. I assumed either the text message or 1 of the 3 emails would've contained the e-price, after all that's what I was looking for when I clicked the box to get the "E price" But as luck would have it, no mention of the elusive "e-price"! So, I responded to the text message and asked for the price... and they ghosted me....... FIVE hours later and still nothing, so I sent another text message "hello???" To which they quickly respond to tell me I'm not the only one looking for a car on the weekends and they are very busy and "presence is power" (I live almost an hour from the dealership and definitely wanted to find out if the car was even still available before I went down there. I'm also working today so it wasn't most convenient to be "present") and honestly at this point I was finding it extremely difficult to even think that I'd be valued as a customer with how things went down in a simple text exchange. So, in the end, although I DO agree that "presence is power" I also agree that power is knowing there are thousands of other car dealerships I can purchase a car from that won't treat me poorly! And even after I tell him "no need to contact me further" he sends back a text saying, "good luck finding pricing like mine." I'd rather overpay than to ever buy a vehicle from this dealership. More
