I purchased a Kia Optima two years ago but initially went to see a Hyundai Sonata that I was promised was transferred for my viewing. Upon showing up that morning they said it was sold, fortunately for them we were also looking into Kia Optima's and ended up purchasing that instead. This recent situation was not the case, I specifically asked for a specific vehicle to be transferred for my viewing next morning. This vehicle was one of nine that they had in stock but the only one with AWD. I received a verbal commitment by the salesman and manager myself that it would be there first thing in the morning. Upon checking the website in the morning I found the vehicle pulled from inventory off the website. I called and confirmed they did in fact sell it out from under me without informing me, they are lucky I didn't show up at opening as I planned because I would have some words for them. Long story short, this dealership has very quality vehicles at a good price with low mileage, but poor communication. They are focused to much on the execution and seem to care less about customer service and commitments, when you give someone your word that is your bond. David and Ara lost my respect. And this is why car salesman get a bad wrap, were all out here trying to do the same thing, make money and feed our families but there is a line you don't cross, lying and breaking promises and to me that's a deal breaker....Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Ill be taking my business elsewhere. I was a cash out the door customer too little did they know. More

What can I say? Rene is amazing! Super patient and knowledgeable! He made sure all of my needs were met and I was satisfied with my new purchase.
