I wasn’t valued as a customer and wasn’t offered any good deals. I found STG Garden Grove on Autotrader. They had the exact model and color I wanted. I communicated for a week or so with Kal and Andrew. They both were honest, and answered my questions prior to me deciding to come in. Once I came in to test drive the car and to do paperwork, both Andrew and Kal made me feel valued as a customer from the start and went above and beyond to get me the deal I needed and did it all as quickly as possible. Andrew even had the car detailed and had gas put in the car while we did paperwork...you definitely can’t find that at the other dealerships! This was the easiest and painless car dealership experience I’ve had and I will definitely return in the future for any car purchases as well as let my friends and family know that Kal and Andrew will take care of them at STG.
