Unsatisfied Customer We recently bought a vehicle from S&L Motors and were not impressed. S&L Motors was very unenthusiastic about selling the vehicle, appearing indiffe We recently bought a vehicle from S&L Motors and were not impressed. S&L Motors was very unenthusiastic about selling the vehicle, appearing indifferent to the possible sale. After purchasing the vehicle, S&L Motors continued the reluctant approach, but also added the benefit of incompetency. Since we did not proceed with S&L Motors for the financial portion, the financial representative provided us with the same coldness felt at the beginning of May. During pick-up, S&L Motors presented the vehicle dirty, inside and outside, and supplied only one-fourth of a tank of gas. S&L Motors was unable to provide a spare key, even after requesting a second key. We attempted multiple times to resolve the issues presented, but were met with few responses. S&L Motors eventually mailed a check reimbursing the cost of the key, over $199, but not the cost to create the key. Previous dealerships have accommodated these requests without resistance, while still maintaining a friendly atmosphere. We do not plan to return to S&L Motors, nor shall we mention them without caution. More
