Amazing! Jake was amazing! It was a great experience. They had planned on replacing the back brakes before I showed up to look at the car, and instead of just Jake was amazing! It was a great experience. They had planned on replacing the back brakes before I showed up to look at the car, and instead of just sending me on my way with the old ones after I signed papers like any shady dealership would've done, they actually took the time to replace them. I ended up not being able to take the car home that day, so they set me up with a loaner vehicle, replaced ALL of the brakes for me AND filled up the gas tank for any "inconvenience." This guy seriously went above and beyond! The car drives like a dream! Wouldn't expect anything less out of a Dodge, though! Will be taking my business to S&L again for the next car! I was way upside-down in a basket case Grand Cherokee that I had picked up a year ago, and they really worked to help get me out of that nightmare. I had found my new-to-me Grand Caravan on their website. I was amazed it was still available when I finally got to see it. It is bare bones, no frills, and exactly what I was looking for. They bent over backwards to help me get this van, and I will never forget that. More
