Solid service, great follow-up I was in with my mother looking at a van for her when I came across a well used Ram Outdoorsman in a price range similar to the Colorado I was driving I was in with my mother looking at a van for her when I came across a well used Ram Outdoorsman in a price range similar to the Colorado I was driving. I drove the truck and was impressed with the ride despite its 114k miles. JT was very kind and on the ball when he had my Colorado appraised for me while I drove the Ram. They were generous on the trade value of my truck making the upgrade to a full size very affordable. Now when I came to pick the truck up I had to come in rather late but the guys there were happy to stay late for me to make the deal happen. When I took the truck home I had noticed a few minor bulbs had burned out, but with a quick call to JT, he arranged to replace the bulbs at no cost to me. Now I am thoroughly enjoying my new Ram with no worries thanks to JT, Frank and the rest of the S&L team. Thank you guys, and keep up the good work! More

Fantastic Sale Transaction We did the research and found the van that we want it at S&L Motor on Saturday. Talked to Margaret on the chat line on the same day and she had Jacob We did the research and found the van that we want it at S&L Motor on Saturday. Talked to Margaret on the chat line on the same day and she had Jacob contacts us soon after. Jacob and I spoke on the phone about the price of the vehicle. I called Jacob back on Monday morning and we spoke a few times and he offer to do more research on extra credits. He was able to find us an extra $500 on top of all the dealer discount and the rebates. I agreed to purchase the vehicle so he offer to do the paper works ahead of time so everything would be ready for us to sign. My wife and I stop by around 7pm after work, the vehicle is clean and ready to go. He and Don explained whatever we need to know and we left with the our new van little after 9pm. We even got our new license plate on the spot. The whole process was a very smooth and very friendly transaction. More
