running board mixup Had running boards installed on new 2017 Durango, but they were put on backwards & they were on an angle. No problem, now they are correct. Even salesperson could see they were installed incorrectly. But should mention the problem to person who installed them to pay attention next time. Had to drive 40 extra miles round trip to have problem corrected. More

Exceptional service! Awesome experience! I was at S&L just browsing and I meet Heith. I said I was just looking, he said "great let me look with you" and we went though a few cars Explorer, I was at S&L just browsing and I meet Heith. I said I was just looking, he said "great let me look with you" and we went though a few cars Explorer, Pathfinder and Grand Cherokee, we were going in and out of them seeing how much leg room, pulling, handles and levers etc. It was kinda fun. Then I went on a few test drives and pick out a car. We sat down and again, had a conversation like friends have. We laughed a lot as he gather the otherwise stressful parts of buying a car. He got me everything I needed. From car, to down payment, monthly budget, payment, paint protection and explanation of the all the buttons and features in my new Grand Cherokee . He did it all. Exceptional I was a very difficult customer. I needed to know that I would get a great vehicle for a fair price. I worked with John over the phone for two days. H I was a very difficult customer. I left a message that I wouldn't be buying the vehicle because of my concerns.... he responded back and answered all of my concerns. I still didn't know if I should buy the vehicle. but I took a chance and drove 71 miles to go look at it. When I got there Bob Rezek was there to let me drive it.. no pressure to make me buy it.. I drove the vehicle and decided to buy it. Frank Bennett the financial manager ran my credit and did my paperwork. He found a $25.00 decrease in the amount I was quoted. He didn't need to do that but I will always go back there because of his, John"s and Bob's integrity.. More
