Happy Jeep Owners We have been shopping for a car for the past month, we had heard good things about Concord Cars. We decided to give them a chance. We came to Concord this past Monday, with the intentions of just looking and pricing. We arrived and noticed ALL the cars had clearly marked prices on each vehicle. That was the first positive thing we noticed. We were looking for about 10 minutes before Jason had greeted us. Jason was extremely helpful, listened to our needs and budget. Jason recommend a few cars and then my husband noticed a Jeep Cherokee. We went over and looked at the Jeep, I of course thought it was “the one”, my husband being his skeptical self was looking and asking lots of questions. All questions that we asked Jason was quick to answer and was very helpful. Jason asked if we would like to take the Jeep for a test drive, surprised and impressed that Jason or any other salespeople don’t ride along, (my husband hates that), he says it the best time for the salesperson to sell and not let the customer just drive and actually test the car. We fell in love driving the Jeep, we have a budget that we have to stick to, so we were hoping Jason could get us approved to where we needed to be at. Sure enough, Jason was hard at work the next day and got us approved. Jason sent me a text, which I love in this busy day and age saying I have all in order. We planned on picking up our Jeep on Thursday (today), Jason suggested that we picked it up Tuesday (two days ago), of course we picked up our Jeep and fell even more in love with it. We signed our papers today in under 45 minutes. We can’t express how happy we are with our very low mileage, immaculate condition, great priced and the best customer service we have ever experienced buying a car. We recommend Concord Cars to everyone looking for honest, fair priced, high quality and family oriented service. More
