All 3 cars were in like new condition: clean, blemishfree, clean smelling. You simply cannot ask for more. We also received the Kelly Blue Book (KBB) price for our trade-in. We were told that KBB prices are a bit less than the organization Concord uses (NADA I believe) so maybe we could have gotten a few more $$ for our trade-in. Even so, Concord is NOT your stereotype used car place. Concord installed new tires, new air and cabin filters, performed an oil change and installed new rear brake drums on our car WITHOUT us requesting these. Thanks Terry! More
