Very disappointed with service. Did not inform me that they'd need access to rear seat; everything including my grandson's car seat uninstalled and thrown into back cargo area; did not inform me that they they'd need access to rear seat; everything including my grandson's car seat uninstalled and thrown into back cargo area; did not inform me that they would need to drain out 1/2 tank of gas from my car, which I filled up 3 days prior. My car still reeks of gasoline 3 days later. A little communication would go a long way to improve their rating. More
