I took my car for an oil change and new air and cabin filter. I was told it would take about 1 hour. After an hour I asked about the car. I was told it was almost ready. The service advisor told them the customer had declined new tires. This was the first I heard about new tires. Having waited 1 and a half hours, I just wanted to get my car and go home. I couldn't believe that the people servicing my car would go ahead and put new tires on without my authorization. The service advisor, as she gave me my paperwork, told me I needed new tires. More
