Popcorn, TV, and done! I was met at the door to the shop, got popcorn, and sat down. It seemed like minutes and my oil change and inspection were done. I got an explanation of the work done and what is recommended at my next maintenance check up. It was so complete. My visit was timely and I was able to get an appointment right when I needed it. I also love my new Prius and the gas mileage. All the new features make it easy and fun to drive. My elderly father in law had a stroke and he raves about the ease at getting into my car.. I take him once or twice a week to doctor appointments and even with his paralysis, he is eager to go because he loves my Prius. The vehicle is Sea Glass in color and I think it is one of the best colors ever. More

I've had Toyotas for fifty years and this is the first time that had ever happened when I've taken My car in for service. Was this an oversight or is this the regular procedure? This is the only reason it wasn't a 5 star rating. More
