I recently purchased a car thru Brandon B.....We communicated via text & phone calls. He was quick in responding to me which I really appreciated. He was able to answer ALL my questions, sent pics communicated via text & phone calls. He was quick in responding to me which I really appreciated. He was able to answer ALL my questions, sent pics & videos of things I wanted to see about the car prior to me making a trip out to their dealership. ALL went GREAT and I was AMAZED at how fast the financing paperwork was completed. The finance guy, Tim explained all the paperwork and he was quick. Great experience at Ryan auto mall. I’m from out of town,and chad was willing to do anything I asked.he took videos and photos of the truck I was interested in. The salesperson was professional, however the car was detailed poorly and once the financing was done and we got in the car to leave, the tire pressure light was on. Chad was great. However, everything else has been very disappointing. Jennifer, who upsold us the underbody work, said that the work would be done Thursday morning. That time was confirmed by a service manager when I dropped off my car. The car was NOT ready on Thursday morning, which altered my plans for the day. When I asked Jennifer about it, her response was she had never said that. "I'm sorry you misunderstood me" was the actual response. That isn't an apology; that's a way to tell me I'm too xxxx stupid to know the difference between the word "morning" and "afternoon". Their undercoating guys did not communicate with me well either, and they left trash in the back of my car. I worked with Lisa to resolve the problem, and I feel the dealership deserves another chance. More
