I worked with salesman, Steve, Schiller, and financial , Dave Mix. Both of the gentlemen provided excellent customer service. Honestly, the best customer service I have ever received at a car dealership. I was working to buy a ram 1500 on 31 July, which was the last day of certain promotion rebates. I was dealing with dealerships in California, Texas, Arizona, Florida, Tennessee, and Minnesota. My hometown of Rapid City Rams dealership did not offer the vehicle that I was looking for. I explained my situation to Steve who was Joni on the spot and insured. I got all the information pictures and videos. I needed to help me make my decision. Once I decided to go with it, Steve and Dave made it work quickly and easy. I flew to Minnesota the very next day to pick up my new truck and Dave let me know that he got the financing to the low rate that I was able to get through my own bank but because I was picking the vehicle up on a Saturday, my bank was not able to work with me. But Dave made it work and got the low rate that my bank would’ve offered me otherwise. I was super impressed with both of these gentlemen as well as the rest of the team there who I got to chat with. Very good crew who takes care of their customers. Very impressed. More
