The service staff at Rusty Wallis VW is first rate. It took approx 14 months to get the parts needed to complete the repairs on my vehicle, my service rep Rachel kept me updated during the entire time It took approx 14 months to get the parts needed to complete the repairs on my vehicle, my service rep Rachel kept me updated during the entire time. When l brought my vehicle in for the repairs Rachel was there to greet me and the service staff completed the work in a fairly timely manner considering the work load.
