Very pleased with Rusty Wallace Honda Jeff O'Dell has proven to be an exceptional sales person during and after we purchased our 2017 Honda Pilot. From initial contact via emailing to gett Jeff O'Dell has proven to be an exceptional sales person during and after we purchased our 2017 Honda Pilot. From initial contact via emailing to getting together and searching for what we wanted, not currently available in the entire eastern US, to then deciding to have the Pilot ordered for us with the exact colors and features that we wanted. Jeff would email or call with updates every few days even if there were nothing new to report during the build of our car, just to keep us informed of its status. This purchase was not an easy one day event for him! After receiving and driving the Pilot for 5,000 miles we encountered an issue with the car that required a substantial repair. Jeff saw me at he dealer when I was having it looked at and asked how things were going and he took personal interest and concern to the issue in which Rusty Wallace Honda repaired quickly. It is good to know and experience first hand that the sale person still takes personal interest in his customers. Jeff O'Dell and Rusty Wallace are a great team! More
