As soon as I walked in the door, Jim introduced himself and welcomed me like I truly can’t recommend Jim Aycock at Rusty Wallace Honda highly enough. As soon as I walked in the door, Jim introduced himself and welcomed me like an old friend. I was having a hard time deciding whether I wanted a Pilot, Ridgeline, CR-V, or an Odyssey. I’m an empty nester, but I will have a granddaughter in May. Anyone else would probably have been impatient with the time I took comparing the vehicles. Instead, Jim took me on test drives of each vehicle on two different days. He told me that he wanted me to be happy with the vehicle I bought. He put no pressure on me, and explained every feature of each vehicle. He’s extremely knowledgeable about Honda vehicles and about their advantages over competitive models. When I decided on a Pilot, even though he had a large selection of other colors in stock, he gladly located the color combination I wanted quickly. He personally walked me step by step through financing and arranged to have paint protection and dealer accessories that I wanted installed. He introduced me to the service and parts department people, but told me to contact him directly to arrange service or anything else for the vehicle. He also made sure to customize all of the settings of my Pilot the way I like them before I took it home. I’ve bought many cars from many dealerships in Knoxville and other cities, but I’ve never been treated as well as Jim Aycock treated me at Rusty Wallace Honda. Go see him when you need a car! More

We worked with Gary Christian who was such a big help! He helped put our daughter in a 2013 Honda Accord which was loaded to the max! He went above and beyond what he had to just to make sure our daughter was happy and would be driving a safe car! We will be going back in a few days for our oldest daughter to buy another car from Gary also. (This will be her 3rd car from this dealership).
