Mike, out of all other associates from other dealers, was the only sales associate who was able to 1) appropriately lead me into what sort of out-of-country paperwork was needed from me the same day (eg. American insurance, Canadian bank material, etc.) 2) Took time out of his busy schedule to physically pick me up at my hotel to the dealership and 3) Suggested and appropriately lead me to the car I was looking for in a timely fashion w/o hassle.
