Rusty Wallace Honda advertises "A friend for life", but the truth is, they make you feel like family. Every person I send, I tell them to talk to Dave Fergerson. Dave is by far the best, and most honest, car salesman that I have ever met! I know is sounds strange, but Dave will "shoot-straight" with you and if you find a problem with something, he will work to make it right. When service time comes around, I call Dave or General Manager, Chad Campbell. They check with service to see when the best available time will be for me to bring our vehicle in for service. If I am busy, they offer a loaner vehicle. If I am waiting for service at the dealership, they make you feel comfortable and offer you something to drink or a snack. I have never seen a customer ignored at Rusty Wallace Honda. If youare just browsing, they will walk wth you to answer any questions you may have.
