We are returning customers, this is our 3rd new car purchased from Rusty Wallace Honda (and we have purchased 2 used cars for our sons from here also). We were greeted by salesman, Mike England after purchased from Rusty Wallace Honda (and we have purchased 2 used cars for our sons from here also). We were greeted by salesman, Mike England after we looked around for a little while. He was professional, answered our questions, and never once pressured us into making a purchase. We were very satisfied with the dealership as a whole, from the salesman to the finance manager, nothing but good people who took care of our needs. We have dealt with other dealerships before but never have had the attention to detail and professionalism we experience when going to Rusty Wallace Honda. This will not be our last purchase from them. More

I paid cash for a truck at Rusty Wallace Honda, 17,000.00. After I left I was told my trade in had a balance of 400.00. I ask the salesman to make payments and the salesman said yes. It did take 17,000.00. After I left I was told my trade in had a balance of 400.00. I ask the salesman to make payments and the salesman said yes. It did take me several months to pay, in the mean time they held my tags and put a lein on my title. I was ok with all that, but today two months after the balance has been paid they had still not un done the lein on the title and when I called in to ask Judy to do so, she was very rude and said it took me so long to pay off the 400.00 and that is why she had not release the lein yet. She called me a liar when I told her I had received the title in the mail. She said no you did not I have the title. I told her I have a copy but when I called the state they told me there was a lein by Rusty Wallace, She said well your wrong I have the title in front of me and you never received. So Rude and hateful, I would never recommend this dealership for the experience with her. I will tell everyone I know how ugly she was to me. It was as if my 16,000.00 in cash and buying a car from the dealership was nothing to her. She wiped away any great experience I had buying my car. I work in customer service and I would fire anyone of my employees that treated any customer this way or that represented my business in this fashion. I felt she just wanted to belittle me and she wanted to make sure I knew that paying the 400.00 took me way to long to her standards. I did keep my end of the deal up and paid the balance off in three months. Now I am just waiting on my title. Pamela More
I love Rusty Wallace Honda. They have an amazing staff and they treat you like you're royalty. This is my second car that I have purchased there. We were shopping for a new Honda Accord. My daughter in law's boss Carol Whetstone had purchased her CRV from Mike England and was exteremly pleased with his salesmanship. We asked for Mike but he was with another customer and sent his associate Ronnie Hodge. Ronnie was by far the best salesman we have ever dealt with. We love the "no pressure" sales. It's a terrible feeling to have your keys taken away and not given back until you are backed into a corner and badgered until you want to scream. We felt NONE of this sort of crazy sales tactic. We are extremely happy with our 2013 Honda Accord. If these men are still at this location, for our the next purchase, we will want their help. We will also give them high recommendations to all that want a "no pressure", knowledgeable, kind salesman. Another exteremly rare occurance that we experienced was a salesman that had nothing to do with our sale came by and thanked us for our business. To us this is team work at it's best. We thank you. He was extremely friendly during both visits (looking at cars and actually purchasing one). My favorite thing about Doug is that he did not try to sell me extra items just for the heck of it. He presented all the options but was also honest about what would be helpful and what I wouldn't even need to consider for a first car. I would definitely recommend doing business with him! More
