Chad was instrumental in making our deal happen and Jeff exceeded our expectations in follow through and making our sale the best we could have hoped for. Junior was attentive to any concern we had and resolved any issue we had. Jeff went out of his way in providing us with follow through. As this was my first time buying a car I was definitely nervous and excited!! When I came to Rusty Wallace Honda to look at cars I new I found the one I wanted when I saw it! Ronnie Hodge was our first contact, who greeted us on the lot as we were looking at the new vehicles. He was polite and helpful without being pushy. He answered our questions and was well informed about the lot as we were looking at the new vehicles. He was polite and helpful without being pushy. He answered our questions and was well informed about the features of the Pilot we were considering. He immediately got keys when we wanted to drive the demonstrator vehicle and as we were driving, pointed out the features of the Pilot, some of which most certainly convinced us it was the preferred vehicle for us. We were trading a two year old vehicle and he gave us a good trade-in for our vehicle and noted our concerns about finance costs. He assured us that Rusty Wallace Honda would work with us to secure the financing we needed at a very competitive rate. Mike assisted in the negotiation of price for our vehicle and said he would work with us in every way to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase and with the dealership. Again, we did not feel any of the high pressure that usually accompanies the sale of an automobile. We wanted a particular color not available on the lot, but they assured us they could get the color we wanted with the features we wanted. When we got the vehicle, it was exactly what we had asked for. When Marc, the finance manager was describing the options available to us, such as the maintenance package, etc. he was also very helpful and answered all of our questions. Ronnie Hodge followed up with us several times during and after the whole process and the entire experience was very satisfying largely due to his easy manner and making sure we were pleased with our purchase. I recommend anyone wanting a vehicle to ask for Ronnie. We tend to be very demanding and picky when we consider a purchase this large and Ronnie was polite and helpful without being pushy.
