Mike England went above and beyond to locate the exact color, interior, features and took the time to give me a detailed tour of the controls. Coming from a 2002 Pathfinder to this Pilot was like learning a new language. However, that extra touch to explain prepared me for my drive home. A kudos to Troy in finance for explaining exactly what each charge was for. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or felt like I was paying for something extra I didn't agree to. Straight forward no-nonsense. For all of you out there. I was a tough customer and had my guards up. I done my research, pre-approval, credit score, studied the Pilot in depth. I was not in the business to deal with a salesman that looked at me like a dollar sign. Trust me, Mike England is extremely professional, will go above and beyond and put you at ease. Buying a new vehicle is stressful with today's prices but I got a GREAT deal. No buyers remorse here. I'm all in. Bottom line, we will be buying another car soon for my wife. Guess where? I was met in the showroom by a rep Ronnie Hodge, ( who believe it or not was their salesperson as well on their purchases in the past) whom I can't say enough great things about. He was professional, caring and most helpful with my situation which was emotional at best. I never felt pressured or anxieity as I was trying to figure out what I really needed and wanted to do. I have had a fantastic experience with this sales person, and I refer him to everyone I know who is looking for a new or used automobile.
