We want to thank Rusty Drewing service department for their fantastic service. Our 2017 Chevy Volt has been inoperable since January and we were told by another local dealer at that time that the necessa their fantastic service. Our 2017 Chevy Volt has been inoperable since January and we were told by another local dealer at that time that the necessary part was unavailable in the United States and they did not know when they could get it. We faced several other problems with the first dealer, and we finally took the car to Jefferson City to Rusty Drewing’s service department. We were willing to leave our car for as long as necessary to get it repaired. Imagine our happy surprise when it was repaired on the day of the appointment and completely under warranty! Special thanks to service advisor Trenton Lincoln for persisting with GM to obtain the correct information to cover service under the Voltec warranty. The service department at Rusty Drewing’s in Jefferson City is outstanding! More
