The dealership was very good. However, Qmerit stank. They were supposed to connect us with an installer for the 240-volt charging system but kept dragging their feet, saying we didn’t qualify for the f They were supposed to connect us with an installer for the 240-volt charging system but kept dragging their feet, saying we didn’t qualify for the free installation without giving a specific reason. It was clear we did qualify and they were refusing because the bids they got were too high. We finally, over a month after the vehicle purchase, arranged the installation without using Qmerit. GM needs to fire Qmerit! More
