Zach was the salesperson; he was awesome. The finance is where it got weird. We agreed on a price out the door, minus sales tax. So, no hidden cost, straightforward pricing with all fees included. However, when I got back to financing, they had an extra $201 more than agreed on. When asked why or how that number changed, they said they would explain; instead, I was told to "just sign here." After signing everything, I never got an explanation. Also tried to sell the warranty packages, which is fine, but don't downgrade the vehicle's quality when selling a warranty. Telling me that there are so many electronics on these vehicles today and they are prone to failure, makes me think twice about buying a Chevrolet or GMC product... More
