Never take your vehicle to this service department. I paid top dollar for all new brakes and rotors that squeak since the day I brought the car home. Recently, I returned to inquire about the sqeaking and mountain of brake dust on my rims and they charged me again to tell me that it's my imagination. I had to pay for $150.00 for a rental vehicle for just one day of an attempt of additionally scammed out of new coil springs for $1200.00 for which there is no proof that this is needed. I will never return to this horrid dealership. And I will tell everyone I know! More

I went to another Ford dealer and after 20 minutes of in the car adjusting seats playing with all the gadgets nobody came by to see us. We were the ONLY couple in the showroom so we walked out. I love the way I was treated so I.m now on my 3rd vehicle in 2 years. If you treat people right like Russ and his sales force does the sales of trucks and car will follow. More
