We are retired and Dino in sales was the best vehicle sales person that we have ever dealt with in our long history of purchasing vehicles. When I saw the new Edge ST at last year's auto show-it was easy to go back to Dino and Russ Milne Ford. We do not live close to the dealership but it is worth the drive as their showroom and service department is also impressive.Both of our purchases were made easy because there was no high pressure and appointments were kept right on time and maximum rebates were offered. I spent my career in Field Service for a major corporation so I am aware of how corporations should treat their customers. Dino and all of the other employees of Russ Milne exceed normal expectations and Ford should be proud to have them as a dealership. More
