Finally a trustworthy dealer My wife and I have purchased and leased many cars so far in our lifetime and prior to this recent one, I could only brag about one other dealer which My wife and I have purchased and leased many cars so far in our lifetime and prior to this recent one, I could only brag about one other dealer which was in 1977! I always bought Ford products from a Westside dealership because of obligation. I really hated buying a car from those people for many reasons. I am no longer obliged to buy a car from that dealer and decided to go to Russ Milne Ford to buy a 2019 Fusion Hybrid. My Sales person was Drew McCracken. Drew was very honest, polite and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and took care of everything regarding the car purchase that I requested. Upon delivery, the car was spotless and he took time to review features of the car that I was not aware of. My Wife and I felt very comfortable with Drew and the Dealership.
