As always, I was greeted immediately and checked in. I made an appointment so they knew what I was looking to have done. He looked for coupons, explain the prices and got my okay. He said it would take about an hour and a half so I waited and pleasant customer lounge. My car was done on time and he escorted me out to my car which had just had a courtesy wash. The experience could not have been nicer. More
