Very poor communication bordering on dishonesty, Bait/Switch My daughter went in and was very direct in her financial requirements and needs as a Uber driver. She was told she was approved by the salesman, with My daughter went in and was very direct in her financial requirements and needs as a Uber driver. She was told she was approved by the salesman, with no down payment , only trade in and could drive the 2011 Kia Sorento home that night, subsequently several hours later she was told to go home and pick the Sorento up in the morning, they needed to clean it and the banks were closed. After several hours at the dealer she was suddenly told she needed a $6000.00 down payment. My issue was if she was not approved initially, she should have been informed immediately and went back to work. She lost many hours of work by being SAND BAGGED. The salesman also sent me a LinkedIn invitation and when I tried to get clarification from him on what had happened he simply blocked me. More

I’m never a fan of trying to be sol Just had a lovely experience yesterday buying my newest car. Buying cars always gives me a fair amount of anxiety. I’m never a fan of trying to be sold something I’m not interested in, or being haggled or hassled in anyway. It makes me uncomfortable, leaves a bad taste in my mouth and then I wind up wanting to go somewhere else. This experience was none of that. I was shown the exact cars I asked about, was met with respect and understanding, and experienced the best hospitality. Only had one snag that almost had me walking out of there, but it was met with sincere apologies and my issue resolved within minutes. Ken Teramura was the sales representative we worked with closely. He was amazing in every way. I’ve dealt with quite a few salesmen in the past that exemplified the unfortunately accurate stereotype that many salesmen get. And as a young woman with relatively low knowledge of cars, I very often feel like prey. Not with Ken. He was kind, compassionate, listened to our needs and wants and delivered. He is very obviously a wonderful person, and I highly recommend him if you are also a person with car purchasing anxiety. More
