Life saver I needed my tire(s) replaced ASAP. Found a bulge in 1 and they were balding badly anyway. I first went to Tires Plus and they were rude, up to and inc I needed my tire(s) replaced ASAP. Found a bulge in 1 and they were balding badly anyway. I first went to Tires Plus and they were rude, up to and including "mansplaining" to me what a lugnut was. I know I'm a girl, but come on... So I ended up at Russ Darrow Nissan to get a wheel key (some doodad that unlocks one lugnut on each wheel and is patterned and according to Tires Plus, it's VIN specific) and the service tech that helped me was so kind and so helpful and so QUICK! They got me in same day, I saved $40/tire on BETTER tires, and they did an alignment and oil change for me, too (which were needed badly). They also gave me a lift home for free! Shout out to Charles Yang for saving the day and making me a believer in dealership service!! More
