Horrible customer relations in their service department I would just like to write a little post to let you know what my experiences are and what you can expect from their service department. I have tried on several occasions to get ahold of a Charles that is a service writer and yet have not heard back from him since September 25 2019. So then I have two phone messages in now with a Paul lecher and he is the service manager at this location. STILL NO CALL BACK! More
