Poor service I bought a new Nissan from Russ Darrow - Big mistake. That experience turned terrible after we agreed on a price and they had a retainer on my credit I bought a new Nissan from Russ Darrow - Big mistake. That experience turned terrible after we agreed on a price and they had a retainer on my credit card. Soon after I got the car I noticed that the gas gauge did not work properly. I asked that it be repaired under the warranty. The service department plugged it into their computer. Apparently the reading said the gas gauge was working fine. So they refused to fix it. The gas gauge does not work fine. They have the photos of my complaint. I have a photo of the instrument cluster with the mileage reading, the low gas warning light off, the gauge reading 1/4 tank and the distance to empty reading 43 miles. I have a photo of the instrument cluster with the mileage reading, the low gas warning light on with the gauge reading 1/4 tank and the distance to empty reading 43 miles and a photo taken 18 miles later of the instrument cluster confirming the mileage driven and the gauge reading empty. They told me that is the way it is designed. Really. Then they told me to live with it because there was nothing they could do. More

Please do not go here I have purchased alot of vehicles and generally loathe the process but this dealership did so many things wrong, its incredible and I don't know where I have purchased alot of vehicles and generally loathe the process but this dealership did so many things wrong, its incredible and I don't know where to begin.The sale person, Adam, asked me right away for my SSN and said he needed it just as a way to find out how much i owe on my existing loan. Next thing i know, he is talking about what i could buy or lease based on my credit score. He then tried very hard to put me in this last year floor model. I was then asked to come back the next day and they would have a variety of options to show me. They showed me one different type of car. I asked for a DVD player to be added at no additional charge and they ended up not only charging me for it but they talked originally that the monitors would be in the headrests and wheN it wwas installed,it was a single monitor in the ceiling and when its down, i cant see out the back! Thomas in finance wont return a phone call for nothing and he was supposed to cancel my gap insurance within the first 30 days and i called the company just the other day to confirm and it was still active! He never canceled it and now it is past the time of a full refund. I tried to meet with Nick the GM and had to cancel once and now he wont call me back and i am being beyond polite on all my messages to everyone. I would recommend to go somewhere else to buy your next car. More
