Great car painful process I leased a rogue. Great car. Very disorganized dealership. I visited twice to obtain quote, test drive etc. I also called in advance to make sure all I leased a rogue. Great car. Very disorganized dealership. I visited twice to obtain quote, test drive etc. I also called in advance to make sure all the details, lease quote price and correct vehicle would be ready prior to coming in to sign the lease papers. Since I dealt directly with the manager through out this process, I felt confident that everything would be handled accurately and professionally. He assured me that the quoted price would be honored and that the correct vehicle would be waiting. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment to lease the vehicle, nothing was ready or correct. The car was not on site and the price was not correct either. So frustrating. Again, I called in advance to the manager confirming the exact details of his quote to me in detail. I also had his written quote, signed by him, in hand. When I arrived the sales guy that the manager assigned me had all the prices wrong. I was supposed to be charged $595.00 down and $369.00/month plus taxes. He charged me $2000 down and $404/mo!! We almost walked out. I settled for $595/mo and $396/mo but again, I called the manager before I came in for my appointment and he promised the original quoted details would be honored. Also they were going to give me a rogue that already had nearly 500 miles in the odometer. My husband refused that vehicle. The finance guy took a customer during my scheduled time because they showed up one hour late. I showed up 10 minutes early and had to wait over an hour to start the finance process. I had to drive a loaner car home and come back the next day for my vehicle that was still not on site. I had to wait over an hour for it to arrive the next day. A few days later the finance guy called me and said the paperwork was incorrect and that we would have to come in and resign everything. Seriously! He did drive to our house so we could resign. A couple days later he called me again asking for my gold card number. That is the card they give you for oil changes. Wow so disorganized. Love the car but painful process. Plan on 6 hours plus to lease a vehicle after your original visit More
