Given the run around Had to replace starter and was told my warranty ran out o had to call several different numbers to prove coverage. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and Had to replace starter and was told my warranty ran out o had to call several different numbers to prove coverage. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and the coverage was not shown on the receipt luckily I made it to the dealership right as service was closing otherwise I would have had to go another night without my car which it had already spent two nights in the dealership just to diagnose a problem we told the dealership the car had. Also I was told I needed brakes which I didn’t go in for brakes so under the car should not have been looked at when the problem was under the hood. I felt the guy working with us was just trying to get money out our pocket. It was a total run around and I wasn’t even called when the car was complete. I didn’t enjoy the service at all when I am sure Russ Darrow has great service. It makes me leery about purchasing a car from Russ as the current car I have now was purchased from Car Maxx and they were able to pull up my warranty without any assistance from me. More

Very helpful and knowledgeable I was greeted by Jake before I had even walked in the door. After I told him the vehicle I was there to look at he set up the test drive right away. During the test drive Jake answered all questions I had. Those he could not answer during the test drive he got the answer to as soon as we got back to the dealership. Throughout the entire process he made sure that both my girlfriend and I were comfortable and not confused on any part of the process since this was my first car buying experience. After working with Jake I worked with Eric who was very patient and knowledgeable when it came to explaining the finance part of the process. If you decide to go to this dealership I highly recommend working with both Eric and Jake. More
