The telephone run around from the receptionist to the adviser that has no clue about your vehicle is beyond ridiculous no body wants to take time out to help. Charles was and is the only adviser I've seen running around the most not just sitting in the garage doing nothing. More

Shady dealership Sales person will show you the number you want on buyer's order with misleading information. The misleading continues to Finance office as well where Sales person will show you the number you want on buyer's order with misleading information. The misleading continues to Finance office as well where down payment number is quoted as rebate just to show customer the number they want to see and customer gets a call 3 weeks later from dealership asking for additional money which they forgot to collect. It wasn't forgotten it was on purpose and these crooks know that customer has signed the contract. Avoid this dealership as these people are liars. Finance manager has no knowledge of what the heck she's doing, Shady & Dishonest Dealership. Always get your contract reviewed by a lawyer people don't sign any xxxx the same day. Else you will be definitely taken for a ride. More

Horrible Manager!!! NO Customer Service skills whatssoever! Went to have a VIP apppointment that was scheduled with Rob Garcia to look at specific car. This was confirmed that the car was there through Daniell Went to have a VIP apppointment that was scheduled with Rob Garcia to look at specific car. This was confirmed that the car was there through Danielle and we would be having an appointment with the manager Rob. We drive an hour to look at this car to find out that Rob was not meeting with us...he was just standing around filling his face with food and pushed a salesman on to us. The salesperson could not find the keys to this car....all the while Rob was just standing there doing nothing to assist the salesman. Then Rob told him it must of been taken to the new West Bend store....my husband and I sitting there watching and hearing all of this. We told the salesperson we drove an hour and he went back to Rob to tell him that. Not ONCE did Rob the Manager come over to introduce himself or to tell us he was sorry for the mistake. Worst part about it he was not even working with anyone! Just standing around doing Anothing!!!! Completely unacceptable Customer Service! Will never recomm be his dealership or shop there! More

Johnny is the best! I purchased my used car from Johnny a year and a half ago. He was very knowledgeable, was a blast to test drive with (he had me do crazy turns and ac I purchased my used car from Johnny a year and a half ago. He was very knowledgeable, was a blast to test drive with (he had me do crazy turns and accelerations that I never would have thought to try, but were truly a selling point once I experienced it) and didn't rush me. He stayed at the dealership with me until 11pm while I waited for paperwork to go through. My car had an after-factory remote starter installed that neither of us were aware of until after I decided to buy the car. While I was completing paperwork with the financing office, Johnny was learning how the remote starter worked so he could surprise me with it (it was one of the features I told him I wanted, but thought I wasn't getting). I highly recommend working with Johnny and I'll be sure to talk to him when I'm ready to buy my next car. More
