Fantastic experience and great service I was completely blown away by my visit here. I recently had an accident and totaled my car. I had a vehicle in mind when I went to the dealership that I had seen on the website. I was helped immediately when I walked in the door and within 30 min was test driving the vehicle. As it turned out that vehicle wasn’t a good fit but within a few minutes my sales person, David Earl saw a vehicle that he thought was right for me. It was the perfect car I was looking for. The right color, model, & engine. He helped me figure out the best financing option and handed me over to a finance guy, Jarad who took care of everything else and even gave me some very helpful advice to raise my credit. Overall great experience and great people to deal with. More

Never showed me a car - left after 30 minutes I contacted the dealership and made an appointment with Paul to see a specific vehicle. He proposed 6:20 p.m. and I agreed. I was running a few minute I contacted the dealership and made an appointment with Paul to see a specific vehicle. He proposed 6:20 p.m. and I agreed. I was running a few minutes late so I called to let him know, only to find out that Paul was gone for the day but John would take care of me. When I arrived I was greeted by Ian who informed me that John was a manager so he would be taking care of me instead. I take it that managers are too busy for customers. After some time Ian finally brought up the car I was interested in on his computer. He informed me that he had already test driven this car and that it had many aesthetic issues. Basically, he said it was too ugly for him to put on his coat and go out in the cold and bring the car for me to drive. This is November in Wisconsin - not that cold. We talked about some other cars and Ian walked around looking busy, but after 30 minutes or more I left. I never even looked at a car. I would not recommend this dealership. From first contact to last it was terrible customer service. More
