I walked in on a Monday just to speak with him regarding financing, what I was facing an I received superior service from Eric Watkins and Red Carson. I walked in on a Monday just to speak with him regarding financing, what I was facing and what I wanted my car payment to be at. I drove off the lot on a Wednesday. I prayed on it and he worked his magic. My salesperson was Red. From the time she approached me, she was friendly and very detailed. Red Carson has great customer service skills, ability to listen to the customer, confidence, enthusiasm, knowledgeable, and committed to customer satisfaction. Let me mention Mr. David Earl who came out to set up my cell phone to my car. My 2016 Nissan Altima is the 4th purchased from Russ Darrow so that should tell you something. I will return and make referrals to Russ Darrow Nissan. More
2 hour oil change The service desk person told me it would take an hour, however I was there for 2 hours for a simple oil change and inspection. The service technician The service desk person told me it would take an hour, however I was there for 2 hours for a simple oil change and inspection. The service technician that did the work was fine, but they put the completed paperwork on the desk of the service desk person that checked me in only he left, probably left for lunch and my paperwork sat on his desk. The only reason I got out of there when I did is because I got up and said something. Meanwhile they still finished other people while I continued to wait. Not happy and likely will not go back. More

Not satisfied. I went to get an oil change and it was done, they ask if I wanted a rotation which I said yes too. When my service was done I went out to my car to se I went to get an oil change and it was done, they ask if I wanted a rotation which I said yes too. When my service was done I went out to my car to see two of my had not been changed. When I went back in to ask what occurred the young lady went to find out, she came back and told me and when I asked a few more questions she seemed agitated. So instead of really leaving satisfied I just left because I didn’t want to continue with the ordeal. More

Most of my experiences have not been all that great, or some were just okay. I have to say I was very impressed with the service my family and I received at Russ Darrow. The staff was very friendly, they were honest, and helped us out in the best way they could. We really did not expect to leave in a new vehicle but they did an amazing job finding a solution and the right fit for us. I may not be able to guarantee that they can find a vehicle for everyone, but I can guarantee they are going to do the best they can to help you find one. I will definitely be going to Russ Darrow from now on when I need a vehicle! More
