Not satisfied. I went to get an oil change and it was done, they ask if I wanted a rotation which I said yes too. When my service was done I went out to my car to se I went to get an oil change and it was done, they ask if I wanted a rotation which I said yes too. When I went back in to ask what occurred the young lady went to find out, she came back and told me and when I asked a few more questions she seemed agitated. So instead of really leaving satisfied I just left because I didn’t want to continue with the ordeal. More

The staff was very friendly, they were honest, and helped us out in the best way they could. We really did not expect to leave in a new vehicle but they did an amazing job finding a solution and the right fit for us. I may not be able to guarantee that they can find a vehicle for everyone, but I can guarantee they are going to do the best they can to help you find one. I will definitely be going to Russ Darrow from now on when I need a vehicle! More
