Can't process a warranty claim We had a paint issue on the trunk lid of our Altima which should be a warranty claim. The Body Shop manager said it is a common known issue and would We had a paint issue on the trunk lid of our Altima which should be a warranty claim. The Body Shop manager said it is a common known issue and would definitely be covered. 3 months later and numerous phone calls and visits (1.5 hours round trip to this location), the Service Department Manager and the Body Shop Manager still can't figure out how to get the claim started. We gave up because of the unbelievable hassle this became. My husband took the car to Rosen and it was fixed in less than a week. More

So disappointed with this dealership If I could give zero stars I would. We found a car we liked and when we sat down to go over details the circus began. We specifically told the salesman how much we hated playing the game and he agreed, however that’s exactly what he did. Buying a new car is a huge financial plunge and I found the whole experience extremely insulting and frustrating. We finally stood up to leave but it didn’t stop there. My phone blew up with texts and calls and emails even after I told them to stop. The reason I am writing this review is to warn other buyers- go elsewhere! There are reputable dealerships out there. This specific one- not so much! Their sales tactics made me feel like I needed a shower. Straight up sleezy. So disappointing and absolutely stressful experience. We purchased elsewhere More
