I have tried on several occasions to get ahold of a Charles that is a service writer and yet have not heard back from him since September 25 2019. So then I have two phone messages in now with a Paul lecher and he is the service manager at this location. STILL NO CALL BACK! More

The customer service satisfaction reviews are not anonymous and if you have a bad experience and tell the truth about it, this man will track you down and intimidate you. If you complain about it to his superiors they will shrug you off and tell you that he’s a loyal hard worker and good help is hard to find. More
In the 45 years I have been driving I have purchased many autos over this time period from many different dealerships. With every purchase some time during the week following purchase I would get a call from autos over this time period from many different dealerships. With every purchase some time during the week following purchase I would get a call from the dealership or the sales rep to touch base and see if I was happy with my purchase. I'm 3 weeks past purchase and nothing. The sales rep said he would contact the Madison dealership where the auto came from to see if there was a second key for my auto. Also nothing. I've worked in service my whole working life a short 5 min call does a lot to build a relationship with a customer. Also follow up leads to repeat business. At this point can't say I would recommend this dealership. I have to check a recommendation box to submit this review above. So it looks like I will have to seek out another dealership and drop some more cash to get a second key. Not overly impressed. More

Not consistent labor price. I went for oil change last april. It was very good experience. I was told to change the rotor and brakepad next time. This time it was good. I changed the oil and rotor and brakepads. I don’t have any comments on service but the pricing. I paid 15$ for labor last time for oil change and it went to 30 (100% increment). I found it after i compared last time’s receipt. More
