Great experience - start to finish. Just had to purchase my 3rd car in 3 months so buying a car was not on my happy list of things to do. Luckily, I walked in and the staff at Russ Darr Just had to purchase my 3rd car in 3 months so buying a car was not on my happy list of things to do. Luckily, I walked in and the staff at Russ Darrow Nissan took care of me. I walked in on a whim and Ian English was the first to greet me. He listened to my needs and wants & we got the ball rolling. Ian was great as I wasn't necessarily set on buying that day but wanted to see what kind of options I had - but he helped me find the right vehicle. Attentive and kind, we hit it off and worked out a deal. John Domask in management also was helpful as we discussed options on lease versus purchase. Unlike other dealerships I've visited, both John and Ian suggested the plan that was perfect for me versus what was right for the dealership. And that was a bonus. Finance guy Mark Koch helped me finalize my warranty and service plans in a timely manner. He was professional and understood my budget plans for introducing a new car into my family. Russ Darrow Nissan helped me tremendously. I will most likely return when it's time to purchase a new vehicle. More

I I believe the contract manager could have taken a better approach and understanding to keep a.good customer happy..yet his numbers do not match his empathy.. The same night I signed the contract for the. Nissan kicks at Metro Mall Russ Darrow I received a. Pre approval notification from another Nissan site on Milwaukee..offering 4.7 % in up to 50 k buy. My question is: why do I get pre approved for 4.7% in one location but I got 7.75 % (with 6 years of contract which makes this car the highest debt acquired for transportation in my ife time) in another site under the same Nissan company? My intellect tells me the numbers where played with against me and I was not given all the discounts I deserved. Would I go.back for a 3rd car??? All I can say is I had a good experience with the sales person but not so good at the contract closing..i expected better after 2 yrs of consistent payments. Maybe.i should.just drop the car and take my business to the other site..sounds like a good idea at this moment. More
