The service department took care of my car with no issues. I brought my Nissan in for a 60k mile service. This has been the 2nd time where they have not washed my car after service. The service order has a line item to wash the vehicle, but for some reason it has not been done the past 2 appointments. And once I realize it, it’s too much of a hassle to go back to have it washed. Also, I had to have a minor service re-done for something completed ~6 months ago. I would hope they would have a 12 month warranty on their work. More
Inadequate except for taking your money. A good service dealership would look at your vehicle for possible problem instead of charging $150 to put it on lift. Other Nissan dealers have. I've only ever taken my car to Russ Darrow Nissan so when they called me halfway through working on car they requoted me because they didn't realize I had different rear brakes than the front ones which is O they called me halfway through working on car they requoted me because they didn't realize I had different rear brakes than the front ones which is Odd because they should have this information already hence my first statement so it's a little frustrating when you are being asked for double the money. Then after I picked up my car I had to turn around and come right back because my breaks weren't working properly (this is the second time that's happened...) I just feel like are they even testing the cars after working on them. Is it just $ in their pocket???? It's Winter in Wisconsin I could have been in an accident. I usually don't ever say negative things about businesses but it makes me want to take business elsewhere. But I am glad they are rechecking everything. Things can be miscommunicated I understand that may happen, but I do not like surprises like such. Other than that service and sales and are usually spot on. Thanks. More
