Takes way too long for an oil change. Makes me want to use a quick lube instead. Otherwise quality and service were good. Would recommend but prefer quicker appointment for oil change. Travis in the service department was excellent. I thought I had a major issue with car transmission. Travis looked up my car and identified I still had a warranty. After he reviewed it did a diagnostic test I had a major issue with car transmission. Travis looked up my car and identified I still had a warranty. After he reviewed it did a diagnostic test on my car I found out that it was a a minor issue yes still covered over warranty and was able to be repaired. Also they sqeezed me in for an appointment so that I can have my vehicle for the weekend I was in and out within 2 hours. Great service great customer service. More
