Easy process from start to finish. Mike was persistent without being pushy. I knew what I wanted, and they respected that and didn’t try to upsale or persuade me otherwise. Purchased my vehicle used from a different dealership a year ago it’s a Nissan Pathfinder. I have had to bring it in twice and chose to bring it here to Russ Darrow Nissan I dealt with Travis. Travis is extremely knowledgeable very friendly and helpful is great at explaining problems on my level so that I can understand what’s going on with my vehicle I really feel like he cares about what he’s doing I feel like this dealership is a very honest place to deal with I will not take my vehicle any place else if I can help it. I recently had a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. I walked in just to get an oil change and came out with a brand new 2021 Nissan Rogue. Mike was excellent with his customer service skills!.
