Excellent customer service Heard a noise on and off while driving my car and made an appointment to check it out. Bruce was very accomodating and got me a loaner for the day. Later in the day Bruce called me and explained all of the things they checked to male sure my car was okay. Even though they didnt find the cause of the noise I'm impressed with the thouroughness and care they took to make sure everything was on good shape. More

Lemon The car I bought back in October-less than a year- has had continual issues. It has gone into reduced engine power, traction control off, service stabilization trek starting maybe three weeks after I bought the car. My car currently is in the shop yet again because they have no idea what’s going on with it. My car was pushed to another lot in hopes of being able to find out the issue. My car isn’t starting and I have no way to get around for the week. I was told that “this car is great won’t need maintenance for quite awhile, has new tires.” Lemon car More

A Service appointment turned into a new car My 2015 Mazda was in for service. I asked about the new CX-5. The Milwaukee Journal had a good review and I wanted more info. I liked what I heard fr My 2015 Mazda was in for service. I asked about the new CX-5. The Milwaukee Journal had a good review and I wanted more info. I liked what I heard from Alejandro Soto and ended up trading for a new CX-5. The only negative thing in the Journal article was comments about the radio controls. Actually, the article totally missed the important feature that allows changing programmed features including the much improved nav system. Touching the touch screen on the older Mazda while driving was difficult due to the car motion. The premium European cars used a joystick type knob which is now on the CX-5 and much more useful. I'm very happy with the CX-9 and their service. Chuck Rabas More
