Vehicle sells itself. After test driving several other small SUV's I found the Mazda CX5 to be superior over the rest. Handles great, fun to drive and very comfortable. In the beginning I found some of the sales staff to come across a little pushy and didn't offer many incentives, however, once we decided to purchase they were all very friendly and helpful, especially Warren. My only complaint would be that to get any incentives I had to finance the vehicle instead of paying cash. More

Best Customer Experience I have ever had I am pushing 50 and been through many cars and many car dealers. My normal experience is being oversold or attempts to trick the numbers. This was not the case with Russ Darrow Metro Mazda. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. I wanted to commend the Russ Darrow dealership for putting the customer first. The location is very clean and modern. When we first came in Dean Saidai spent time understanding our needs and showing us pre-owned and new vehicles that met our needs. I wanted to commend Dean and Adam O'Brien for a very good, no-pressure experience. Adam O'Brien spent a lot of personal time evaluating the financing options and incentives that would make the best deal for me. This was the first experience I had where I felt the sales manager was fighting for me. We had no intention of buying new but when the numbers were broken down it clearly showed it was the smart move. I highly recommend the dealership from sales to finance to service. Adam is personable, honest, and listens to the customer. This was the best experience ever buying a car, and I would happily send more business there way. I hope to work with Adam again in the future. More
