Good service, car wash could have been better. There’s still a lot of dirt on the front bumper and windows are dirty. Pretty normal experience, Jose was great and very friendly. Felt a little pushed to get extra packages/coverage and to make a deal quickly, but not any more than I expected. I was greeted immediately and then directed to Jose. Jose was extremely helpful. He continued to ask if I needed anything and would politely excuse himself to go check on the dealings with the car I was inte was extremely helpful. He was always very pleasant and I could tell he was doing his best to make things happen for me. I also appreciated that Don,one of the managers came over while Jose was checking on things. Don asked if everything was going ok and if there was anything he could do or get for me, as the process was taking a little longer than expected. I had to come back the next day to pick up the vehicle due to not having a ride. When I got there even though Jose had another customer he quickly came over to address me and let me know what was going on. When he was done with the other customer he took me to my vehicle, ran through some of the components and even synced my phone right away. Although I did not by a Mazda I felt I was treated respectfully and would recommend RussDarrow Mazda to someone who is looking for a car. More
