Very disappointed! Got there at 2 PM had the agreement signed at 3:30 PM didn’t get out of there until 8:57 PM. Trade in pay off "lost in mail". 45 days after trade in I had to make a payment on a vehicle I didn't own anymore in order to avoid a 30 day late payment on my credit report. I call them to fix this issue and explain the situation, stating to them that I had to make a payment on a car I didn't even own anymore! They say they will send out a new check and that I should be getting a check of overpayment for the payment I had to make. Weeks later no check and I call my finance company to see what is going on. The check they received paid the balance in full and no over payment will be issued. I call Russ Darrow to inform them, I email them copies of the statement proving I made a payment on the car a month after I traded it in. They tell me they have to make some calls to verify etc. 3 weeks later and now I am getting no response. I spent $40k with this dealership and they can't even right a wrong and pay up $175 from their mistake. I have spoken with a lawyer and that will be my next step if this matter is not resolved. Shady to say the least. More
