Bruce in service even knew my name I brought my 2018 Mazda CX5, which I purchased here, in for routine maintenance. The service guy Bruce greeted me immediately and even knew my name. I brought my 2018 Mazda CX5, which I purchased here, in for routine maintenance. The service guy Bruce greeted me immediately and even knew my name. He indicated about an hour and I believe I was out in about 35 to 40 minutes. My service has always been excellent. This is the dealership which I believe I can develop a long term relationship with. DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM HERE!!!!!!!!! I’ve had my DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM HERE!!!!!!!!! I’ve had my vehicle for a total of one month and I’ve had to bring it in to be serviced MULTIPLE times DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM HERE!!!!!!!!! I’ve had my vehicle for a total of one month and I’ve had to bring it in to be serviced MULTIPLE times now. When you do call to have it serviced you’re scheduled over a week out so I’ve been without a vehicle for half the amount of time I’ve owned it. Plus they charge over $100 just to LOOK at your vehicle and in my case, have to call around to see if anyone knows what’s wrong with it because apparently they can’t figure it out. I also paid for the one step up warranty and it doesn’t even cover my battery or ignition that are faulty so all of those repairs have to be out of pocket now. I wasn’t expecting to buy a car from a dealership and have to stick hundreds of dollars into it within a month of owning it. Literally, a month. If I could go back in time I would NEVER buy a vehicle from Russ Darrow. Worst decision ever. More
